More details to come.

Users took to Twitter complaining about not being able to access the bank's website and app. Finally, BMO Capital Markets upped their price target on shares of Wells Fargo & Co to $65.00 and gave the company a "market perform" rating in a report on Monday, October 15th. Many also said their debit cards were not working.
