Graham's demands for a secondary investigation Sunday mark the latest chapter in the ongoing saga surrounding Kavanaugh's nomination. And Graham not only pointed that out, he described the evil the Democrats were inflicting on Judge Kavanaugh, his wife, and his children with such passionate and honest outrage that, I confess, he brought me to tears. Dianne Feinstein (Calif.) and the other Democrats on the committee, "You all want power". I know dozens of people who've suffered far more horribly in the ordinary course of human experience than anything Blasey Ford alleges who endured no psychological damage whatsoever. He said before the vote that he, in agreement with Democrats, would be calling for a one-week delay to allow the FBI to investigate.

Sen. Lindsey Graham said Friday it is more likely that he will become a professional basketball player than it is that Brett Kavanaugh will be convicted of sexual assault.

The South Carolina senator says Democrats want to "destroy" Kavanaugh's life and hold the seat open in the hope of winning the White House in 2020.

"From the moment I received Dr. Ford's letter my actions have been consistent with her wishes", feinstein wrote.

Ford had written a confidential letter to Feinstein in July laying out her accusations against Kavanaugh, whom she accuses of groping her at a high school party. "He's the nicest person - the ABA", Graham continued. McKinnon parodied bits of Graham's surprise outburst, including his dramatic pointing across the committee hearing room, his low-key rage, and a random mention of Bill Cosby, who earlier in the week was convicted of sexual assault.

Republican strategist Nathan Sproul debates Democratic strategist Rochelle Ritchie. "To my Republican colleagues, if you vote no, you're legitimizing the most despicable thing I have seen in my time in politics", Graham warned. Jeff Flake, Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski.

Graham contends that the allegations against Kavanaugh are political in nature.

Kavanaugh whined, "I have been through hell and then some".

If one more week guarantees at least 51 votes in the Senate, then perhaps this Federal Bureau of Investigation probe is necessary.

"I hope you're on the Supreme Court", Graham told Kavanaugh.
