Blake Griffin went off on a career high of 50 pts, but it was the drama between Joel Embiid and Andre Drummond that has us talking!

After the game, Embiid boasted that he owns "a lot of real estate" in Drummond's head. The Bucks last season had a record of 44-38 as they barely secured the 7th seed in the Eastern Conference.

We were warned there would be some early growing pains for the Philadelphia 76ers by coach Brett Brown.

Wilson Chandler (hamstring strain) is out vs. the Pistons and for Wednesday night's game against the Bucks. Mike Muscala (ankle sprain) was a full participant at practice and is questionable for Tuesday. Embiid is a seven-foot monster who, when he puts his mind to it, can dominate the game.

Embiid couldn't convert on a 3-point attempt at the buzzer, so the Pistons had the last laugh, though ironically enough Griffin's bucket shouldn't have counted due to a missed call. He is averaging just 5.7 points in his 20 minutes a night, but looking very sharp on the defensive end while mostly avoiding heavy rookie mistakes. With 6:46 minutes left, Antetokounmpo scored a two-pointer with the foul and the hosts expanded their lead to 105-90 and never looked back. The 76ers pulled within eight late, but a pair of free throws by Antetokounmpo and a driving, one-handed scoop layup by Eric Bledsoe quickly pushed the lead to 12.

Andre Drummond got ejected on Monday after this incident with Joel Embiid.

In order for Philly to maintain itself with Simmons out, it is going to absolutely need more production from Saric, as well as hoping Fultz somehow figures it out.

Hoops fans won't have to wait long to see these heavyweight combatants go at it again.

Griffin controlled the game throughout its duration, and only an overtime push by J.J.

Philadelphia 76ers' Amir Johnson (5) is fouled by Milwaukee Bucks' Ersan Ilyasova during the first half of an NBA basketball game Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018, in Milwaukee.
