Apple unveiled three new iPhones on Wednesday, including its biggest and most expensive model yet, as the company seeks to widen the product's appeal amid slowing sales. Nike+ Apple Watch Series 4 models launch on October 5, 2018.

These features will be available to US customers later this year, but Apple did not say when it would make it to the rest of the world.

"We don't see Apple turning the iWatch into a regulated medical device approved for clinical diagnosis; to be clear, Apple Watch is approved for over-the-counter (OTC) use and is not a continuous monitor", J.P. Morgan analyst Robbie Marcus wrote in an investor note. The new development gives the Apple Watch Series 3 Global Positioning System a starting price of Rs. 28,900, while the Apple Watch Series 3 Cellular edition now starts at Rs. 37,900, something that the Apple India website.

On Sept. 12, Apple announced their new line of iPhones, as well as the Apple Watch Series 4.

Introduced when Apple first launched its smartwatch three years ago, the Watch Edition line came with an 18-karat gold case and a starting price of $10,000. Plus, the irregular heart rate feature will not work for people who have already been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation previously.

Much has been made since the unveiling this week of the new Apple Watch, which sports an abundance of health-focused features like its fall-detection and the ability to take an electrocardiogram. Apple doesn't detail prices for all models, but Gadgets 360 has learnt the new prices.

Also new to the Apple series is accident detection. "The ECG takes only 30 seconds and then the data lives in a PDF in users" health app, whether you have a normal heart rhythm or show signs of atrial fibrillation.

"The role that technology plays in allowing patients to capture meaningful data about what's happening with their heart, right when it's happening, like the functionality of an on-demand ECG, could be significant in new clinical care models and shared decision making between people and their health care providers", said Nancy Brown, CEO of the American Heart Association. Lastly, as an assurance, the Apple watch series 4 has received FDA clearance. The new device also comes with an improved gyroscope and accelerometer.

"Identifying a fall may sound like a straightforward problem, but it requires a lot of data analysis", Williams said.

If you haven't responded within a minute - perhaps you hit your head and blacked out -the watch can call 911 using your nearby phone or its own cellular transmitter and also send a notification with your location to your preset emergency contacts.

Only certain Apple Watch models support cellular calls, but those that don't can still make emergency calls when near a paired iPhone or Wi-Fi service.
