Under the hood, it runs on a quad-core Exynos 7570 processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a microSD card.

Samsung has announced the launch of Samsung Galaxy A8 Star smartphone at Rs 34990. The Galaxy A8 Star also sports a full-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Display panel that has thin bezels.

Galaxy J2 Core is set to release first in India and Malaysia.

The Samsung Galaxy J2 Core is, unsurprisingly, not very powerful - after all, Android Go is created to work well with really basic phones. But here's the thing: it's also one of the best Android phones of 2018 - and at a mere $530, it's nearly 50% less expensive than Samsung's Galaxy Note 9. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor paired to Adreno 512 graphics processor, with the CPU employing Kyro architecture and reaching speeds of up to 2.2GHz.

Running Android Oreo, the smartphone comes equipped with a dual rear camera set up - 12MP + 12MP sensors along with an 8MP front facing camera.

Galaxy Note 9 was presented at the Unpacked event on August 9. This could be the reason you are getting an Ultra Data Saving feature that will help keep an eye on your data usage. The device has an 8-megapixel rear primary camera and a 5-megapixel sensor for the front selfies.

Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has all the connectivity options you'd expect in a 2018 smartphone, ranging from Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac to USB Type-C.

The pricing and availability of the smartphone are yet to be availability. The style options include three new watch faces in Silver, Midnight Black and Rose Gold, and new customisable watch band colors. The Galaxy A8 Star also has a fingerprint sensor in a rather odd position at the top of the back panel. The device comes with NFC, using which you can use Samsung Pay, the wireless and one-touch payment service on premium Samsung handsets.
