Selena Gomez's mom, Mandy Teefey, sweetly took to Instagram on July 24 to post a throwback pic and heartbreaking message about Demi Lovato after the singer was hospitalized for an alleged drug overdose.

Celebrity news site TMZ released audio of an emergency call in which responders appear to say that Lovato is unconscious and revived with Narcan, a nasal spray used to treat opioid overdoses.

The incident happened just before 12 p.m. PT on Tuesday when emergency services were called to Lovato's home in the Hollywood Hills. A source at People has confirmed that the singer is now in "stable" condition.

A representative for Lovato did not immediately return a request for comment.

The Sorry Not Sorry hitmaker revealed last month that she had relapsed, just months after celebrating six years of sobriety.

"Sober", which she released June 21, included lyrics like "I'm so sorry I'm not sober anymore" and "I promise I'll get help/It wasn't my intention/I'm sorry to myself".

I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore.

I breaks my heart that she is going through this. "I adore you and so does the entire world", actress Ruby Rose wrote.

"Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support", the statement reads.

Brad Paisley said he was praying for his "brave" and "honest" friend, calling addiction "a terrifying disease".
