It's time for the NBA Playoffs and the Cleveland Cavaliers are primed for another run towards an appearance in the NBA Finals, but this year may be more challenging than ever before.

LeBron James #23 of the Cleveland Cavaliers dribbles the ball while defended by Victor Oladipo #4 of the Indiana Pacers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on December 8, 2017 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

IN surprised the critics and won 48 games and lost 34, fifth in the East and matching the record of Oklahoma City, with Russell Westbrook, George and Carmelo Anthony. Their best chance will be to contain him and let other Cavs beat them, but that's obviously much easier said than done.

James had never played every game in his 15-year National Basketball Association career. Game 6 shifts back to IN on April 27.

These kinds of odds have brought out the best in James, especially during this run of Eastern Conference titles. I've enjoyed every year competing for a championship. We're looking for another run this year.

Game 1 of the series will be Sunday in Cleveland at 3:30pm EST. Game 7 would be April 29 at Quicken Loans Arena. Game 2 will be played in Cleveland on Wednesday before the series heads to in for Games 3 and 4 on Friday, April 20 and Sunday, April 22.

Cleveland stumbled into fourth place in the East with a 110-98 loss to the visiting New York Knicks yesterday morning (Singapore time) in the regular-season finale.

Team LeBron forward LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers (23) is named MVP of the 2018 NBA All Star Game following the victory against Team Stephen at Staples Center. In this postseason, JR Smith is unlikely to start a single game.

James has faced the Pacers in the postseason four times during his career. LeBron also set career high averages in rebounds and assists in a season (8.6 rebounds, 9.1 assists) and tallied his most triple-doubles in a season with 18. IN gave James" Heat everything they could handle in three series matchups - taking Miami to six games in the East Semis in 2012 and to seven and six games in the Conference Finals in "13 and '14. Myles Turner is the third double-digit scorer and Darren Collinson is dishing 5.3 assists.

Apple released its original iPad in the a year ago that LeBron James failed to lead an NBA team to the NBA Finals. Following Wednesday's practice, Coach Lue still refused to name his starting five for Sunday's Game 1.

One of the holdovers from Cleveland's past three Finals teams, Thompson played extended minutes in the second half of Wednesday's loss to NY while Nance rested, a sign that Lue might be leaning toward him playing more. The Wizards struggled down the stretch, losing nine of the last 12. These numbers speak for themselves, but so does LeBron and his ability to be his team's most valuable asset.
