Eden Hazard has been rewarded for his fantastic year of 2017 with a spot in the UEFA Fan's Team of the Year.

La Liga has the most representatives with six players selected - five from European champions Real Madrid - including a record 12th appearance for Cristiano Ronaldo - and Lionel Messi from Barcelona.

Manchester City's De Bruyne and Chelsea's Hazard are the first Premier League players in the team since 2014 when Angel Di Maria was included while playing for Manchester United. Over 8.8 million fans voted in the UEFA public polls to select the eleven outstanding players who impressed throughout past year.

Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos is also a center-back, along with his right-back teammate Marcelo. The squad is as follows: Goalkeeper: Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus). Sergio Ramos received the most votes with 588,315.

A total 8,779,639 votes were recorded to rake up Messi for the 9th time straight in 10 years and Ronaldo for record 11th straight time.
