The fire has been categorised as a Level-2 and no casualties have been reported. By around 8.30 am, the fire brigade managed to bring the blaze under control. "Efforts are on to douse the flames", the official had said.

Sources are saying that Sony Tv's upcoming show which is featuring Jennifer Winget currently-running show which is featuring Zayed Khan, Nikita Dutta, Vatsal Seth was being shot when the fire broke out. Five fire engines have been rushed to the spot.

According to reports, the fire started at a generator in the studio. However, since it was early morning, there were not much people and later even the court operations in the day went on without any disturbance. According to police, the audio assistant's charred body was foundduring a search on Sunday evening.Gopi Surajkumar Verma (20), an audio assistant and a resident ofGoregaon, was working inside the studio when the fire broke out.

On December 31, a fire broke out on the first floor of a three-story building in Mumbai's Lower Parel area. And on December 29, 14 people, mostly young women, were killed in a fire at a trendy rooftop pub in Mumbai's Kamala Mills complex. That's a very great news because reports are suggesting that by the time of the fire there were around 150 people inside the studio.
