Marcus Rojo has also made his return to the training ground after recovering from the ligament damage he suffered in April's UEFA Europa League quarter-final second leg win against Anderlecht. Carrick has featured only once for United this term, in the Carabao Cup clash against Burton Albion in Septemnber.

As long as there are no set-backs in his recovery, the newspaper says Pogba is in-line to be on the bench for Newcastle United's visit to Old Trafford after the worldwide break on November 18.
