One of the more exciting games during Sony Paris Game Week 2017 comes an upcoming action-adventure title that is published by Sony Interactive Entertainment and developed by the ones behind inFAMOUS.

Ghost of Tsushima has been in development for three-and-a-half years, with the studio shifting its focus to the title once Second Son was finished up in late 2013.

Few details of the game are now available, but it will be set in feudal-era Japan and involve the Mongol invasion. While the Mongols took over Tsushima Island in the history books, your role as the Ghost of Tsushima is to avenge your home and drive the invaders out.

The game is set in Japan, featuring a story of Samurais and Ninjas. As one of the last surviving samurai, you rise from the ashes to fight back. The developer, which is known for creating the Sly Cooper and inFamous franchises, has plenty of fans who are eager to see what the studio is working on next. But, honorable tactics won't lead you to victory. The developers say that their aim with Ghost of Tsushima was to let the players experience what it means to be a Samurai in medieval Japan.

Capcom's Monster hunter World revealed that in preparation for the game's release they have an incoming beta for PS Plus along with the reveal that Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn will be featured in the game. As we get more information, we'll be sure to update you.
