Nick Gordon Arrested For Battery, False Imprisonment Of Girlfriend

Police in Sanford, Fla., said they arrested the ex-boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown on Saturday, June 10, 2017, on domestic battery and kidnapping charges. The outlet also says that the victim filed a police report earlier this morning claiming that Gordon had battered her and not allowed her to leave the house. We're told officers went to the residence and found Nick at the pool area. Gordon said to police that he wished to press charges.

Bobbi Kristina was in a medically induced coma for six months after being found facedown and unconscious in January, 2015, in the bathtub of the Georgia home she shared with Gordon.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford had said in September 2016 that because Gordon failed to appear in court on two scheduled court dates, anything alleged by the plaintiff was admitted through omission, 11alive.com reported.

Bobbi Kristina's mom (and singer Bobby Brown's former wife) Houston died at age 48 in the Beverly Hilton hotel bathtub in February 2012 of accidental drowning -with heart disease and cocaine use as contributing factors. Gordon was her longtime partner. Her mourning daughter would suffer a bizarrely similar fate almost three years later.

Sometime after daylight, she said she ran into the bedroom of Gordon's mother, Michelle Gordon, who took her to her sister, who called police, the report said.
