This camera will enable biometric authentication on the new iPhone, as Apple is following in the footsteps of rival Samsung. The Apple iPhone 7s Plus features a horizontally mounted dual-camera setup, and we've already discussed the rear snapper on the Apple iPhone 8.

"I have a friend in the industry who just sent me these", the user said in the image captions.

The front panel also looks gorgeous and is also similar to the rumors that have suggested that it would be a near bezel-less experience. There's also a cutout for dual vertical cameras on the back, while the earpiece and front camera will sit in their own cutout on the front of the device. One thing we can't seem to find in these images is a place for the fingerprint sensor. But apart from the top cutout for camera, the panels sport very slim bezels.

The back panels of the three smartphones are completely different - each shows a unique camera placement and the rear panel structure. Speculations have it that this special iPhone 8 would be gracing a 5.8-inch OLED scree.

The iPhone 8 is slated to be launched this year and it has been a regular flow of leaks with information that confirms some of the rumors we've heard before about Apple's upcoming flagship product.

The only glimpse we get of the iPhone 7s models from the pictures is of the top of the rear panels. The absence of any visible fingerprint scanner could mean either one will be hidden under the Apple logo at the back or under the display on the front. The iPhone 8 might just debut that technology altogether. Inside of iPhone 8 will be a large circular charging pad, which will support wireless charging. Those cases appear to come with the same designs as the current iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

These are some of the iPhone 8 renders that shows off its new design. KGI Securities had predicted earlier this year that all three iPhones coming this year would feature wireless charging. Apple will also be sourcing LTE modems from Intel.
