Motorola Smartphones Lineup For 2017 Leaked

Motorola has now introduced their newest set of smartphones - the Moto C and Moto C Plus, which are their new entry level devices.

The smartphones will be available in Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific in the coming weeks.

On the camera front, the device sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, aperture f/2.2 and 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.

As for specifications, the Moto C runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and features a 5-inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) display. Moto C will be available in a 3G version, starting at Euro 89 (roughly Rs. 6,200) with 1GB RAM/8GB storage, and the 4G option starting at Euro 99 (roughly Rs. 6,900) with 1GB RAM/8GB storage. The 64-bit MediaTek SoC on this comes coupled with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage. The biggest change is the 4000 mAh battery capacity inside this phone.

Other information from the video presentation show that the Moto X 2017 will have a display of 5.5 inches and a 3D glass covering on the top, replacing the usual 2.5 D curved glass.

While both phones share design similarities with the Moto Gs announced earlier in the year, they expense with the metal pleasantries in order to keep the corners down. The Moto C range will sit under the Moto E range and will offer a no fills smartphone experience to the budget conscious consumer. Lenovo is now working on several mid-ranged Motorola smartphones, which the company is rumoured to announce by the end of 2017. Both the phones support dual SIM cards and come in Metallic Cherry, Pearl White, Starry Black, and Fine Gold colour options.
